Obama's radical agenda is finally dealt a blow. A Court of Appeals decision overturned the President's recess appointments to the National Labor Relations Board because, as we already knew, what he did was unconstitutional. Steelman praises the judicial system for standing up for the Constitution. Steelman points out there is little respect for the law in the current administration. The NRLB Chairman reportedly said that the board, which consists of three members including two of the disputed recess appointees will continue to operate. So it appears they will continue to issue decisions even though a court of law said they were not legitimate appointments. If that's not bad enough...the tax payers continue to pay their salaries. Enter Senators Blunt and Cruz. The two Republicans filed a bill cutting the salaries of the two board members who were illegally appointed. Steelman expresses gratitude for the three branches of government and the founding fathers genius in designing checks and balances between the three equal branches of government.Hear Steel Resolve each week on The Palin Update with Kevin Scholla
