As most of you already know, the custody case for Bristol Palin's son, Tripp is currently taking place, and of course, we all know what is going on with the custody battle because it has been open to the public. The Palin's wanted to the case to be closed to the public and Levi wanted it to be open to the public. I choose not to pay attention to the actions of Levi Johnston because I don't agree with them, nor do I approve of the path that he is choosing to go down, but in this case, I believe that it is important to discuss the information that has been uncovered regarding the judges that decided to make this custody case an open one....
