They’re still pulling the wool over some eyes, friends. So let’s call them out yet again. I was recently interviewed on Fox News Sunday. One question I answered was prefaced with the supposed “fact” that “30 million MORE people will be covered by Obamacare.” That statistic is about as credible a promise as “if you like your health care plan you can keep your health care plan.”

Fox News’ Brit Hume pointed to an interview with Time Magazine’s Mark Halperin which runs counter to the Left’s kneejerk dismissal of anything resembling the “death panels” Sarah Palin warned were contained in Obamacare:

Noel Ignatiev, you are a self hating RACIST PIG. Enjoy your racist retirement.
NOEL IGNATIEV: If you are a white male, you don’t deserve to live. You are a cancer, you’re a disease, white males have never contributed anything positive to the world! They only murder, exploit and oppress non-whites! At least a white woman can have sex with a black man and make a brown baby but what can a white male do? He’s good for nothing. Slavery, genocides against aboriginal peoples and massive land confiscation, the inquisition, the holocaust, white males are all to blame! You maintain your white male privilege only by oppressing, discriminating against and enslaving others!
On Fox News Sunday, Palin accepted Bashir’s apology, but made it clear that the next time he or anyone in the media says such things about her, “I’d like them to go through say Todd first or one of my children”
Carl Cannon, a former White House reporter for The Baltimore Sun and National Journal, is now the Washington Bureau Chief of the Real Clear Politics website. He raised eyebrows with his latest article: "Time To Pull the Plug on MSNBC?"
"Last Friday, MSNBC anchorman Martin Bashir suggested that anyone who uses the word "slavery" too lightly should be forced to eat human feces," Cannon began. "Although Bashir had Sarah Palin in mind for this torture, his own standard might have necessitated its infliction closer to home -- as Bashir has used the same metaphor himself." Cannon wants Bashir's type yanked by NBC.

Please watch this short, outstanding Neil Cavuto statement explaining "numbers don't lie." I'll try to weave this concise clip into my conversation with Chris Wallace during my Fox News Sunday interview. Truly, amidst all the President's power grabs and deception, the numbers just don't lie. Please watch the video, leave your comments on my site, and I'll invite television viewers to read what you all have to say. See you on Fox News Sunday tomorrow!
As first reported by NewsBusters, MSNBC’s Martin Bashir ended his program Friday giving arguably the most deplorable defamation of former Alaska governor Sarah Palin by anyone to date.
According to Fox News media analyst Howard Kurtz, Palin has canceled an upcoming interview with Today show host Matt Lauer as a result:
As New Jersey became the 14th state in the Union to license gay marriage, I am left wondering why and what is next. Will this judicial activism have any impact on churches? Some may think I am over reacting, but I fear that the church is 15-25 years away from being forced to perform same sex marriage or risk losing tax exemption for discrimination. A Pastor threating to close his church doors before doing so, is no threat at all.
If a church wants to continue to practice the Biblical definition of marriage, it needs to protect itself. I see a potential for litigation to force a church to marry same sex couples, as is already happening in England. Barrie Drewitt-Barlow, The gay plaintiff in the legal challenge in England said “The only way forward for us now is to make a challenge in the courts against the church.” It is a matter of time before American churches are also legally challenged.
The Examiner, though, has turned up video (via Newsbusters) of Bashir himself using slavery in an analogy. In June 2011, introducing a story on Michele Bachmann and Rick Santorum signing “a pledge on upholding traditional marriage,” Bashir teased, “Did two Republican hopefuls really sign a pledge suggesting a return to the days of slavery?”
Time perhaps for Bashir to worry less about Sarah Palin’s mouth and more about what comes out of his own.
MSNBC’s Martin Bashir on Friday closed his show with likely the most disgraceful rant against former Alaska governor Sarah Palin you’ve ever heard.
Besides calling her “America’s resident dunce” and claiming she has a “deceased mind,” Bashir suggested that someone should defecate in her mouth and urinate in her eyes (video follows with transcript and commentary, vulgarity warning):
President Obama tends to focus on frivolous issues all the time, bit when it comes to the serious Iran situation he dropped the ball. Sarah Steelman said Obama loosened sanctions on Iran in exchange for something. The question is what was it? Steelman contends maybe, it was a commitment to slow down Uranium production. The sanctions were the best leverage the United States had to prevent Iran from developing nuclear weapons. Steelman said it's preposterous and dangerous to lift them.
If anyone can be expected to have no love for the liberal, legacy media, it’s former Alaska Governor and GOP vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin. The character assassination, insults and slander leveled at her during the 2008 campaign were textbook examples of “the politics of personal destruction.”
So a new book from Palin – even one about Christmas – should have some sharp barbs for the newsroom partisans of New York and D.C. Palin does not disappoint.
On MSNBC's PoliticsNation show, host Al Sharpton criticized Sarah Palin for rhetorically comparing being in debt to another country to "slavery," as he and his panel suggested that it sounds "racist."
But last year, Sharpton was far more tolerant of Vice President Joe Biden telling black audience members that Mitt Romney would put them "back in chains" as he complained about Romney wanting to "unchain Wall Street."
Sharpton and syndicated columnist Cynthia Tucker also incorrectly claimed that the national debt has been reduced when it is merely the amount of borrowing per year that has started decreasing.
Sharpton griped as he began the show:
